Used this company to move my (extremely heavy) spinet piano to my new first-floor apartment. I sent an enquiry email to their website and got a response within 24hrs of posting it. Not only did they get back to me quickly, they also gave me to most competitive quote out of 4 other piano moving companies I contacted. On the day of moving, Alan was great - his staff were very friendly and professional. I had to duck off to work and they allowed me to pay whilst they were in the middle of the move so I could run off to work.
